How long will it take to receive my order?

Notary Bonds orders are processed and shipped in the same day received!

Generally, individual orders are shipped Ground on the same day received unless you choose another delivery method.

Orders that have custom-made products are shipped Ground within 3-10 days of placement of your order. Orders with notary stamps will be shipped within 3-10 days after receiving of the original Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Notary Public Seals from you. If there is a need, call us at 1(323)349-0860 for explanation.

Delay of shipping may occur if the billing and shipping information you provide are inaccurate. Please insure your billing address on your credit card statement and shipping address are accurate in order to insure prompt delivery.

You will receive an e-mail notifying you of the shipment date, tracking number and arrival date.

Notary Bonds are processed in the same day received:

In order to insure that you receive your notary bond within 30 days, it is sometimes necessary for us to ship the notary bond separate from the other products ordered within the same notary plan / package. You will be notified on the notary bond invoice/statement that the other products are to be shipped separately.

Orders for Next-Day and 2-Day delivery must be received by 1:00p.m., PST in order to be shipped on the same day.

Ground orders will be shipped with 3-7 business days.
